Do you accept insurance?

No. Virtual Care Remedy is cash-pay only at this time. Insurance is not accepted.

What payment methods are accepted?

Debit and credit cards are accepted. Eligible financing options may also be available during checkout.

When can I schedule my appointment?

After payment is completed, appointment scheduling instructions will be provided through the secure patient portal.

Are services completely virtual?

Yes. Services are provided through telehealth where permitted and when medically appropriate.

Can you complete FMLA paperwork?

FMLA paperwork may be completed after a telehealth evaluation when medically appropriate. Completion is based on provider review.

Do you guarantee paperwork approval?

No. Documentation can be completed when medically appropriate, but approval is determined by the employer, school, or requesting organization.

What acute concerns can be treated?

Common concerns may include UTI symptoms, STI concerns, sinus symptoms, cold or flu-like symptoms, vaginal symptoms, and minor skin concerns.

Do you prescribe antibiotics?

Antibiotics may be prescribed only when medically appropriate after evaluation. Not all symptoms require antibiotics.

What weight loss options are offered?

Weight loss consultations may include Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and oral weight loss options when appropriate.

Is a weight loss consultation required?

Yes. A consultation is required before any weight loss medication is prescribed or recommended.

Are controlled medications prescribed?

Controlled medications are not guaranteed and may not be appropriate for telehealth. Medication decisions are made after provider review.

What if I need emergency care?

Virtual Care Remedy does not provide emergency care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
