No Guarantee of Treatment

Treatment, prescriptions, and services are provided at the discretion of the licensed healthcare provider. Not all patients will qualify for medication or treatment.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. Services will not be rendered without payment.

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for completed services, consultations, or processed medication orders.

Medication & Prescriptions

Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate. Once a prescription has been processed or sent to the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping

Medication delivery timelines may vary depending on the pharmacy and shipping carrier. Virtual Care Remedy is not responsible for delays once medication has been shipped.

Limitation of Liability

Virtual Care Remedy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
