Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking for all appointments. Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Financing options may be available through third-party providers.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

If a patient is not deemed a candidate for treatment during their consultation, the consultation fee is still non-refundable as time and medical evaluation have been provided.

Medication orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed or shipped.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

No-Show Policy

Patients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable.

Telehealth Disclaimer

Virtual Care Remedy provides telehealth services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that care will be delivered remotely using secure technology.

Treatment recommendations are based on the information provided during your consultation and clinical judgment of the provider.

Medication Policy

Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the provider based on medical necessity and eligibility.

Not all patients will qualify for medication. No guarantees are made regarding prescriptions.
